At I69 we try our best to not misrepresent or mislabel any products we sell. We also take pride in providing the highest quality of service possible. With that said we do occasionally make mistakes with listings or provide less than adequate information to allow you to make an informed decision in regard to your purchase. If an item we sell is clearly mislabeled or misrepresented we will take full responsibility. This can include but is not limited to a full refund of the entire purchase price including shipping both two and from you. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time for returns to clear. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All items that are accepted for return are subject to inspection upon arrival, usually within 24 hours of receipt to the returns department.


Condition Requirements for Return (Detailed by Product Type)

  1. Apparel Including but not limited to Helmets, Boots, Crash gear, etc... Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer. Boots must be packaged in their original undamaged box with all original contents still inside. Some helmet manufacturers will not accept returns on products that have been opened. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. We will try our best to make this knowledge available in the product(s) description. Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, and box and include all original paperwork and accessories. Unused items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.
  2. Electronics. At this time We do not accept any returns for any reason on electronics
  3. Hard Parts and Accessories. Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable. Open-box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable. All items shipped in boxes with manufacture-specific part numbers located on the exterior of the box must be part of the return. Companies such as Polaris, Honda, etc… will not honor returns without all original packaging. Thus neither will we.
  4. Tools, Chemicals, and Fluids. Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
  5. Batteries. Some batteries are not eligible for returns they include but are not limited to any acid-filled batteries.
  6. Tires. Tire returns will only be accepted if they are unused, unmounted, and shipped as received.
  7. Other. All items listed are not eligible for returns. Food, flowers, plants, custom products (Eg: special orders, personalized items), personal care goods, or hazardous materials

If you feel your order is still eligible for return/refund please fill out the form to the left and wait for the corresponding email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
